He'd been at Imbolc and experienced the chaos firsthand. It was actually faintly enjoyable, he liked it when things happened out of the ordinary. Earthquakes were one of his favorite things in the human world. They usually sucked at predicting when they would come, and it was like a lottery every time to see how strong it would be and what would happen as a result. Most other natural disasters were boring, it was easy to connect the dots and expect what would happen. Kazuki liked to be surprised, it was one of his favorite experiences in a world where he'd experienced just about every sensation.
His other favorite was fear, but not very much scared him anymore so that was boring, too. The man walked with an easy stride, the chain at the hip of his black jeans swaying slightly in time with his steps. The silver matched the wayward zippers on his expensive and long square-toed leather dress shoes. The only touch of colour in his outfit was metallic pink silk strands woven into the black silk of his dress shirt, making a very slight striped pattern. He didn't wear any tie, because he believed dress shirts were made to be left open at the upper chest, and taking them off was a pain in the ass.
At the festival he'd noticed something of interest, and that was his Queen. Well, the Queen he hadn't yet met. He didn't want to step on any toes, and thought it was a good idea to establish himself as an intended resident. Being an established Seelie gave him more to work with, more became 'fair play'. He grinned broadly to himself, seeming amused by nothing at all to anyone who might have caught the look. His fairly long blonde hair was tousled on one side but straight on the other, as if he'd slept on one side of his hair; though the curl was a bit too perfectly shaped to properly give that illusion. Not to mention the light smell of a floral hairspray.
Everything about the Golden Throne was elegant and well presented, a mask of surreal eden atop what he knew to be a sticky sweet pool of blood, sex, and other fun things. He was an upperclassman on the outside, just the way everyone else presented themselves. But out of public eye he liked to shed his skin and lose himself. One thing Kazuki had that was troubling as much as it was inconvenient; incredibly hyper sensation addiction. As soon as he felt a particular emotion or sensation he enjoyed, it became a ruthless pursuit to elongate it, heighten it, absorb every last metaphorical drop. It was easy for him to forget everything in the process, and that's where he tended to get a bit crazy.
His obsession often lead him to covet things... people, whatever he could use to stir something inside himself. Being coveted by the man could be a very good thing on many levels, but it also had the potential to go horribly wrong. It was interesting that he had been intrigued by one of the most powerful women in Seelie society, normally he liked his fae to be a little more naive and with a slight Red Riding hood complex to play to his Big Bad Wolf in disguise.
Just at the Throne Room, he hesitated and looked around. There was no one immediately present, aside from a slightly pretty looking servant who was preparing something for the evening. He didn't feel inclined to approach her, and truthfully didn't want any offer of assistance, so he did his best to look disinterested as if he didn't expect to find anyone of importance here.
