Quietly stepping through the darkened forest, her careful steps were soft and without a sound. She spent most of her nights in the the forests located in the Seelie lands and watched the coming and going of passerbys. For some reason she had a strong calling to this place in Alanor and she only wished she knew what that calling was. Mabu effortlessly dropped down from the tree above Alysia and landed on her shoulder, Mabu's tail wrapping itself around her fae's waist.
Tonight it wasn't so bitter a cold that she needed her cloak. Since the night was decent, Alysia decided to don her black skin tight pants, indigo long sleeved shirt, and her black leather boots. Her large throwing daggers, about two feet in length total, were sheaved along her upper back and the green and gold handles stuck up past her shoulders for easy and quick grabbing. Her smaller daggers were strapped to her thighs, bright against the black. Her long gold hair was piled high into a pony tail and the wind caught it every once in a while, causing it to shimmer in the moonlight.
Smiling over at Mabu, she ran her fingers through the reddish brown fur of her mantel. Where as most of her species reached almost 2.5ft, not counting their tail, in length, Mabu was smaller than most of her kind at 1.5ft. Her tail though was double her body length so that made up for plenty. Despite her smaller size though she was highly intelligent. "Still sneaking up on me I see. Your lucky I know you so well." Alysia chuckled as Mabu made that strange snorting sound her kind made in communication.
Alysia wasn't really sure why Mabu and her kind were her chosen mantel. They were not native to the same area in the human world. Heck Alysia was born (or so she guesses) in the carpathian mountains and red-bellied lemurs were native to Madagascar, that's a huge distance away from each other! Glancing at her reddish furred friend perched on her back right shoulder, Alysia smiled. Either way she was glad they were hers. Many other may scoff and laugh at her mantel behind their masks, but she was content with Mabu and she adored her.
Looking up at the moon high in the sky, she decided it must be nearing midnight. If she made her way back to her campsite it'd probably take about an hour to get there. So she had plenty of time to kill before she had to head back. Maybe when she returned she'd be able to get in some target practice before she would turn in. She couldn't afford to get rusty in this place. She learned that the hard way.
Stepping softly on the damp ground, Alysia froze when she heard the snapping of swigs in the distance. Mabu silently leaped into the trees to keep watch from above, all the while Alysia was silently reprimanding herself. She had been so deep in thought (again) she hadn't sensed someone coming near her. Placing her hand on the smaller dagger on her thigh she cautiously awaited to see who would appear.

In the middle of a grassy, open patch in the forest, a woman clad in dark leather was lying on her back. It was hard to say just when or how she had gotten there, considering that no one was around to witness her emerging. She probably would have looked like a dead body to anyone passing by, that is, until she emitted a low groan and her brow furrowed. She could feel a light tingling sensation moving across her face, and it was causing her to stir into waking.
Her nose twitched, a frown pulling at the corner of her lips, before her arm shot up off of the ground and in one swift, fluid motion, she caught the offending insect that had been parading across her face before it could flitter outside of her reach. Pulling herself into a sitting position, the blonde tucked her legs underneath her Indian-style as she brought her fist within inches of her face. With her loose grip, she could see a faint light reflecting off of the smooth surface of her leather glove in slow strobes.
"Not funny, bug," she quietly hissed at the thing, her lack of amusement clearly evident on her face. The annoyance turned to a look of incredulity in an instant. “It was not my fault!” she told her fist as she quickly rose to her feet and, without so much as skipping a beat, began walking in the direction directly in front of her. “Attacking was the only option at that point…” she continued before inclining her chin, “Natural. Natural reaction.”
Again she paused, and as if she were listening to a voice that only she could hear, her expression changed again. “You! You blew my cover, torch butt!” Another pause, and after this one, she released a mock of a laugh before she pressed her lips tightly together and her eyes shifted away guiltily. “Irrelevant,” was all the blonde said, and then opened her hand to look directly at the small firefly inside, “Just...be more discrete next time.”
And that was that. Callo was used to getting into arguments with Cid, her bonded firefly, although their tiffs were always short lived. There was no point in further disputing just whose fault it was for getting them chased back to Alanor. They were here now, and they had managed to escape that angry mob of men with the strange helmets, and that was all that really mattered.
Cal pondered how long it had been since her last return. The pair had a tendency of coming and going between the world of the fae and the world of the humans, but this last return to the human realm had been quite different from their last visit. Or perhaps she had just emerged in a different location from the time before? She couldn’t be sure, and decided it was probably for the best to just forget about it anyway.
And then she stopped, so abruptly that she nearly toppled over from her own momentum. The sky seemed to be cast in particularly odd colors, the woman noted, and curiously, the blonde turned her head skyward and examined the eclipse overhead. “Huh,” she breathed as she released Cid, his small glow adding little to the already dim light. It wasn’t as if Callo hadn’t seen an eclipse before, just not in Alanor. It had been quite a long time since her coppery brown eyes had taken in the magnificence of one, but she wasn't sure what the meaning of an eclipse could be in this land of magic. “Maybe it drew us back here?” she posed the question, not exactly expecting an answer from Cid. Turning her gaze away from the dark sky, she looked at the firefly hovering in front of her, “See what you can find out from friends. I’ll look, too.”
Callo waited long enough for the firefly to disappear from her sight before she moved on. She would need to make her way back to the Shining Throng if she was going to interrogate about the ominous eclipse. She doubted that anyone would be out with such an ill omen darkening the skies.
Or at least that was what she thought. Hearing a voice in the distance caused the blonde to instinctively reach for the hatchets holstered on either side of her thighs. Callo only grabbed one, shifting her hand down the shaft of the weapon until it felt comfortable in her leather-clad grip. Although she believed in precaution, she wasn’t the type to swing first and ask questions later, and so she called out instead.
“Someone there?” she dumbly questioned the darkness as she slowly proceeded forward. But then she came upon a small opening, and there was someone standing there, a beautiful woman looking just as on-guard as she was. Immediately the blonde held up her hands in defense, a sign of pure intentions. “No harm,” she announced, stepping out of the shadows.

Alysia watched the woman as she emerged from the shadows of the forest. Carefully taking in the new woman, Alysia noted the hatchets and the lady had a stronger build than her. She was probably a heavy hitter and definitely a woman accustomed to battle. Watching the woman carefully, Alysia noted every movement the woman made.
Watching the woman hold her hands up in a gesture of peace, Alysia sighed and slowly removed her hand from her throwing knife. Mabu snorted from above, well hidden by the darkened treetops. Deciding the lady meant no harm, Alysia relaxed slightly. Alysia was a (well now she was) friendly person, not usually one to turn away a potential friendship.
Smiling warmly at the woman, she nodded her head in respect."I apologize, it seems we both were startled. I was not expecting someone out so late tonight. The forests are usually quiet, especially since the eclipse has come to Alanor." Alysia looked at the sky, the gold of her eyes glinting under the light. Looking back at the woman, she continued."My name is Alysia and a newly made conri of the seelie court." Alysia grimaced at the title, not use to it at all.
Alysia walked over to a nearby tree, leaning against it. Looking at the newcomer, she tilted her head and pursed her lips in her 'thinking' mode."I do believe I haven't met you yet, are you new here?" Again, her curiosity got the better of her. Usually Alysia had seen a passing glance of someone or another. Maybe not knowing them personally, but she could remember a face. This woman however was new to her and she saw no markings of someone from the unseelie courts. So maybe she were a newcomer to Alanor...or perhaps someone returning? Alysia mentally sighed, guessing that if the woman wished her to know she'd tell her. Mabu snorted again up above her, sensing her inner thoughts.

Seeing the other woman relax allowed Callo to breathe a sigh of relief herself, and as Alysia lowered her hand away from the blades sheathed on her back, Cal also placed her hatchet back into it’s holster at her side.
Her light brown eyes did a quick assessment of the stranger from head to toe—it seemed she was a fighter too, and also a Sidhe. The ability to wield magic could essentially make a warrior out of anyone, with the exception of a few select Hands, but it was impossible to tell what powers a faerie had at their disposal by appearance alone. With this in mind, Cal still maintained an air of caution about her although she was both fairly confident that the other woman had no intention of attacking, and that she would be able to defend herself should that not be true.
But then the lady smiled, and as she spoke, Callo found her guard dropping even further until she was returning the warmth that was being offered to her with as smile of her own. For encountering a stranger in the woods under an ominous eclipse, she couldn’t have asked for the situation to be unfolding any better than it was. Perhaps she would be able to get those answers she was seeking sooner than she thought.
“It is evening?” the blonde questioned, mirroring the woman as she too gazed up at the dark sky. “Indiscernible,” she murmured with a creased brow. Considering that she had quiet literally just arrived back in Alanor, there was no way for Cal to know what time of the day it was with the sky this dark. However, the look of confusion evaporated from the warriors face as Alysia introduced herself, and when she asked Cal about herself, the blonde placed her hand flat on her chest. “I am Callo, also Seelie, no rank,” she began, the last bit causing her to frown. It was embarrassing for a warrior such as herself to not hold a position amongst the Court guard, absence or no absence, at least in Callo’s humble opinion. Perhaps now that she was back, she could try her hand at gaining that honor.
At the woman’s second question, the warrior had to think for a moment. “Not new,” she started but then paused again, trying to figure out how to express that she had just come back from the human world. “Returning,” she eventually settled upon. “Just returned,” she elaborated before pointing at the sky, “This eclipse…Do you know the cause?”

Alysia was inwardly relieved as Callo put way her weapons. It meant she was willing to go the friendly route first rather than try and bash Alysia's head in way. As Callo responded to her questions, she listened intently to the woman. So she had been here before, left, and just recently come back? Mentally noting everything, she also thought about her brief departure and return to Alanor not to long ago. Just as she had been called here the first time, she had been called back this time. Maybe it had to do with whatever crisis was fixing to be shoved in their trousers.
Alysia picked a stray leaf from her hair as she contemplated her answer to Callo. No one really knew what the eclipse entailed. She had heard the whispered rumors and confirmations that the creatures flying over the kingdom were slaugh. Beyond that, Alysia was still trying to piece everything together. Maybe another excursion to the mist was in order soon.
Turning back from her inward thoughts, Alysia glanced at Callo with a soft smile."Yes it is late actually, even though one could not tell at the moment. Though the tints do vary from day to night. So you have just returned from the mortal realm? Then there is much to tell you." Alysia paused, shifting against the tree, wondering where to start."No one is sure what has caused the eclipse. I've heard little rumors and nothing substantial about it. It is an ominous thing is it not? Though of few of our long dead have arisen, no one really knows what causing it or what it means..."Alysia paused briefly to gather her thoughts, the information a scatter in her mind.
Deciding to go ahead and inform her about the attack on the festival and the other things that have been going on, Alysia looked Callo in the eyes, a soft smile still upon her face. "I'm guessing you were not here for the Festival of Imbolc? The festival was going fairly well until the Shades attacked and many believe that they have to deal with the Drow re-emergence...and then there's the slaugh. They have been seen flying in the sky's here since they resurfaced." Alysia frowned at the last statement she made, not liking the unknown.
There were too many unknowns in this whole mess and Alysia was itching to figure it all out. To stop whatever disaster that was felt in the bones of all sidhe. No she didn't not fear these creatures, it was the unknown scheme that made her worry.

As Alysia recounted what had happened at Imbolc, Callo’s expression turned grave. She had attended the Festival just about every year, with the exception of the times she was in the human world. She knew how many faerie would have gathered at that place, could imagine the destruction that must have occurred from such an attack, and as a result, she crossed her arms over her chest in discomfort as her gaze lowered to the ground.
If only she had arrived a little sooner, perhaps she would have been able to save some lives from these so-called…Shades. The Sluagh she had heard of, as well as the Drow, although it was Callo’s belief that they had both been cast out of Alanor long ago. If a new enemy of the faerie had emerged, maybe she had been brought back for a reason—to help defend her people.
When she looked back up at the woman, Cal could see that Alysia was just as deeply disturbed by the story she was telling. The warrior could offer no reassuring smile—she was just as confused, and even less informed, about what was taking place in the shadows of Alanor thanks to her recent absence.
“Queen, she make announcement regarding attack? Eclipse?” Callo questioned, assuming that Annette was still the ruler of the Seelie. She didn’t think she had been gone long enough for a change in leadership, but Cal had lost track of time while in the other realm, and if presumed long-banished groups of faerie were suddenly reappearing in Alanor, anything could be possible. Surely Annette would have some sort of insight regarding the eclipse and the attack though. If the citizens of the Shining Throng had not been properly informed, than perhaps Callo would have to pay the Red Queen a visit in the near future.
In the meantime, she was still curious about what exactly had happened at Imbolc and so she met Alysia’s gaze directly across the space between them. “You witness attack? Fight…Shades?” The word felt quiet foreign on her tongue, but it seemed like she was going to have to get used to it. If these things were attacking faerie, then it was likely that Callo would encounter one sooner or later. Any information she could gain on combating the Shades would be useful—possibly lifesaving—and so she waited patiently for a reply, her brown eyes expectant and eager to learn what Alysia knew.

Alysia sighed at the mention of the queen. She didn't even know where to start. Yes Alysia served the queen, but she didn't necessarily agree with her. So far she hasn't seen any true reason to side against the queen. Nothing substantial at least. Until someone had proof that she wasn't a fit queen, she would serve Queen Annette.
Looking at Callo she gave a sad smile."Alas, the queen hasn't done much. She has even began to be scrutinized for her lack of foresight and how she's done nothing as of yet." Alysia looked sad at that. This whole ominous mess seemed planned. As if they knew what chaos would be reining throughout the seelie kingdom. Another thing that needed to be sought out.
Alysia thought over the newcomers last question, a fire seemed to appear in Alysia's eyes."No, I was looking for a lost cause in the mist appently...and playing around with fools all the while. Alysia looked rather frustrated thinking about her time in the mists and her run in with Namgil. Oh how she wished she had stabbed that frustrating man! he could have found that stupid hunter that killed that ram!
Shaking her head free of the anger that appeared every time she thought of the unseelie man, she sighed. "However I did hear of it afterwards. If you wish to find out more you may seek out some of those that had been there." Alysia felt her cheeks color as she thought of one of those survivors. Pushing the unfamiliar feeling to the back of her mind, Alysia was glad that it was dark and hard to see her coloring cheeks.
Alysia took in all of their conversation and was saddened at what was happening. "Perhaps it is time for me to start looking more actively for the causes of this potential disaster. The more I talk about this, the less I can just sit and watch this unfold. Maybe the queen will know something that can help." Alysia frowned, unsure if even the Queen knew much of what was happening.

Callo frowned after hearing Alysia’s response. She had hoped to learn something more about the incident aside from the Queen’s apparent lack in leadership skills. Honestly, when it came to Annette, Cal was rather indifferent. The woman had gained two Goblin Blades, and had thus won the warrior’s respect, but then hearing something like this brought Callo’s opinion of the Seelie leader down again. If anything, it proved that just because one was talented with a blade didn’t necessarily mean that they were fit to govern a group of people.
As Alysia continued to speak, Cal only half-heartedly listened, her thoughts beginning to drift elsewhere. If Queen Annette hadn’t said anything to the people, she either didn’t have anything to say, or knew something that she felt she couldn’t say. Either way, Callo believed that even if she was granted an audience with the Queen, she probably wouldn’t learn any more than what the average citizen could tell her.
So what could she do then? Wait for Cid to return in hopes that the firefly had discovered some vital information from his fellow forest dwellers? No, being inactive was against Callo’s nature. The more they both could uncover, the better off they would be, right? If Cid was working hard on his end, then it was only right for Callo to pull her weight, too.
It was just as Alysia fell silent that the warrior woman snapped her head back up, eyes focusing once again on her company. “If Queen is useless, then rely on self,” Callo announced, pounding her chest with her fist a single time for emphasis. She sent the other woman a confident smirk, and even in the dim lighting of the eclipse, a determined spark could be seen dancing in her coppery eyes. “Alysia seeks answers too, yes? We gather friends, find answers together.”
Quickly striding forward, Cal closed the distance between them and took the woman’s hands into her own. “Alysia and Callo work together. Find truth with own hands,” she continued, looking up into Alysia’s golden eyes, “Are you in?”

Alysia listened to Callo as she spoke with a determined light in her eyes. The confident smirk Callo gave her made Alysia give one back. As the other woman took her hands in hers, Alysia looked at their conjoined hands, her thought a blur.
They could do this with the help of others, she didn't have to do this alone. Thinking about who she could recruit to help, Alysia couldn't help but get excited. Looking back up at Callo, she gave a grin. "You can count me in, Callo. I do believe we have a plan...and I can already think of a couple of others to help us." Alysia thought briefly of Marat and...Tadhg. Fighting the blush down that threatened to overcome her cheeks again, she quickly shook off her strange behavior. She couldn't be coming down with ill could she? As far as she knew, full sidhe did not become sick. That was another subject to approach when she could figure out what was wrong.
Alysia briefly thought of where the two could be found and came up with a blank. She had a suspicion that Tadhg could be found within the forested areas...Marat she knew not where she could even begin to search for. Frowning slightly she sighed at the warrior woman."However I have no clue as to their whereabouts. I believe one could be found amongst the forests, the other I'm not so sure on." Alysia glanced up to the sky as if it could give her the answers she sought.

Seeing Alysia frown and a dejected look come over her face caused Callo to pout briefly. It was too early to give up! Plus seeing a pretty lady like Alysia look so sad just didn’t feel right to the blonde warrior. Besides, the golden-eyed woman was dismissing one of the greatest assets of the Seelie. Cal eagerly took it upon herself to point out this overlooked advantage before Alysia could waste even one more second on the cusp of despair.
“Mantel’s help,” she said, nodding her head in the direction of the lemur that was situated up in the trees above them. Callo had taken note of the creature upon her arrival, and just assumed that it was Alysia’s bonded, especially considering how it hung around during their conversation. “Forest dwellers have many friends. Can spread word quickly over far distance. Find anyone you need,” the blonde continued, taking a step back so that she could spread her arms wide to emphasize her point, “Cid already looking for clues, but he help, too.”
It took a moment, but Callo eventually realized that Alysia probably wouldn’t know who Cid was. Dropping her arms back down to her sides, the warrior pointed to herself. “Cid my bonded,” she explained, “He tiny, but smart. And fast. Helped Callo many, many times.” She decided it was best to not mention all the trouble the firefly had caused her as well, mainly because she was just as guilty as he was when it came to the causation of most of their troubles. Instead she smiled, a warm smile that spread up into her eyes at the prospective adventure to come.
Preferring not to remain idle any longer than necessary, the warrior made for the line of trees surrounding the opening they were standing in. “No point staying here,” she stated as she walked by Alysia, “Friends probably seek safety of Court…unless they enjoy dangerous, dark walks like Alysia?” There was a hint of a tease in her tone, but perhaps the joke was more obviously observed from the sudden glean to her brown eyes. Cal chuckled lightly, giving the other woman a light pat on her shoulder as she passed.
This little escapade was going to be fun, Cal could already sense it, and if Alysia’s friends were anything like the woman herself, it seemed that she would be in good company, too. And honestly, what more could she ask for?

Alysia couldn't help but let out a small chuckle. She had a good feeling about her nre companion and hoped that they would become great friends. Even she knew she needed them. Maybe she wouldn't hunt trouble so much and do stupid things. Shoving away the memories that accompanied the last thought, she turned her attention from her very brief inner thoughts to Callo.
Blinking at the statement about the seelie mantels, Alysia couldn't help but feel slightly silly. Of course their mantels could help them find the others. Smiling as the woman mention her mantel, Cid, Alysia couldn't help but glance fondly at her mantel in the tree tops high above. As Callo reached her last comment, with a slight tease and a gleam to her eyes, Alysia couldn't help but laugh softly, a melodious sound that seemed to carry."Aye, not many people walk the forests at night, but not many people run into trouble as I do either." Callo may not know her well enough to know trouble courts her at every turn and corner, but she will. Alysia does not intend to seek trouble, but she unfortunately finds it. Maybe with others around, trouble will be less likely to approach?
Remembering the comment about their mantel's, Alysia decided to send Mabu to search for others that would be of use along with Tadhg and Marat. Mantel's were usually a good judge of character. Maybe Cid and Mabu would have better luck on finding others.
Looking up at her attentive mantel above her and Alysia grinned wickedly, causing Mabu to shift nervously. "Mabu could you perhaps get us information on Tadhg's and Marat's location and help find others that may be good companions to help us? Oh and mind Cyane...I wouldn't want her to carry you off into the night." Alysia viewed it as divine justice for the screeching incident that inevitable led her to the very deep trouble incident. Even though the last comment was said bitingly, you could see the adoration in both her mantel's and Alysia's eyes. Alysia knew Mabu was safe from harm as did Mabu herself.
Smiling brightly at Callo, Alysia shrugged."That's my mantel, Mabu, she like to pull pranks so watch out." Mabu snorted saying hello (in her strange lemur language) to Callo and then took off to help the two fae. Alysia caught up with Callo's pace, only a couple of steps behind her. Alysia couldn't help but be excited at this prospective plan. Even if they didn't find much, at least they knew they didn't lay back and do nothing.

“More reason to stay inside?” Callo suggested with a small shrug. Personally, she couldn’t imagine cooping herself inside for more than a day. She had a tendency to get restless if she sat still for too long. It was simply in her nature to keep moving. “At least while eclipse here,” she added, “Trouble no good. Alysia be careful.”
As Alysia interacted with her mantel, Cal could only smile fondly. She had always wondered what kind of relationship other Seelie had with their bonded. From the looks of things, it seemed like Alysia and Mabu were just as close as she and Cid. The thought made Cal wonder how long it would take the firefly to return to her. It was likely that he would return to their home on the outskirts of the Court to wait for her there if she didn’t make it back there first. Either way, it seemed Callo would have to make a quick pit stop before she could leave on her adventure with Alysia and her companions.
When the other woman addressed Cal, the warrior couldn’t help but smirk again. “Callo like pranks,” she replied as they walked, “Make life more exciting.” Cal herself wasn’t always the best at pulling them off, but she did always get a kick out of practical jokes, even when they were at her expense.
As they moved and a comfortable silence settled between the two women, the sounds of the forest surrounded them, but nothing that Callo could hear seemed out of the ordinary. If there were strange creatures roaming the lands of Alanor now, then it seemed that they were sleeping this night. It was just as well, Cal thought. Although she did enjoy adventure, she wasn’t keen on putting herself, or finding herself, in unnecessary danger, especially if that meant a friend was in danger, too. Sure, she and Alysia might have just met, but Callo didn’t like to think of people as mere acquaintances. Labeling someone as such was like condemning that relationship to never grow beyond that point.
Pulling her gaze away from the path ahead, she glanced at the woman to her left. Alysia had said that she had a habit of attracting trouble…Perhaps it wasn’t a wise idea for her to go looking for the answers behind the vicious attack on the Festival? No, Cal couldn’t ask her to stay behind, not after she had agreed to help. After all, Alysia was out in the woods, at night, under the eclipse despite all the risks that were associated with it. She was obviously brave enough face the unknown.
“Return to Court. Gather friends, gather supplies,” the blonde seemed to say out of nowhere, one of her gloved fingers flirting with the hatchet holstered on her right thigh. “We leave in morning. Where meet?”

Alysia laughed softly again at the first comment."If I stayed indoors all night though, Mabu and I would be driven insane. In the winter we den in our cave, but during the less cold days and warmer months we tend to wander and sleep under the stars." She replied truthfully. Even though her cave was still her home and she always slept near it, she liked to sleep under open spaces. She had spent too many years in her younger days sleeping under them to totally forsake sleeping outside."But I will be careful, I know this area pretty well." Alysia said with a grin.
At her friends next comment, she only chuckled and shook her head. Well at least all of them will be laughing. Maybe Mabu will find someone to prank along their journey? Shaking her head at the thought, she looked around the dark forest with a smile. The forest was usually quite around these parts, not always, but she usually had very little worries over coming upon something really bad.
Even though Alysia attracted trouble to her, she never let it deter her. She was never one to back down because she was afraid of getting hurt. She would continue on in life and know that she tried. Besides, she never had true friends before. Maybe that was the key. Alysia had always done things on her own, never having to think of others besides herself in a fight and end up in trouble. Maybe she'd think things through more clearly?
Listening to the other woman she nodded and began to run through a list of other places to meet at."Perhaps Sabrina's tavern? It's fairly easy to find...or do we wish to meet closer to the mists?" On one hand, it would be easier to gather at the tavern...however on the other hand if they met closer to the mists it would be less traveling distance to enter.

Sabrina’s Tavern. Callo pondered over the name for a moment before it finally sunk in. It was the local watering hole of the Seelie Court, energetic meeting place of both the hot-headed and the heavy-hearted faerie. A fun place, for sure, but things also often got taken out of hand there. Pointless disputes breaking out into fistfights weren’t uncommon with the aid of little ale at the tavern. Still, despite the trouble that it beckoned to its doorstep, Alysia was right in saying that it was a good, central location for them to meet.
“Tavern fine,” the blonde agreed, but then she snapped her head in Alysia’s direction, a single gloved finger raised between them, “But outside, not inside. Inside invite drinking. Sobriety important when entering Mists.” She probably didn’t need to tell Alysia this, she seemed like a very responsible woman, but Cal figured she’d rather be safe than sorry.
When the heart of the Seelie Court came into view, Callo’s eyes lit up, and she picked up her pace to quickly exit the dense forest and walk into the open space. It was the same as she had remembered, seemingly unchanged, with the giant trees and the houses crafted out of them. It would take a bit more walking to reach her own home, and so Cal quickly spun around to face Alysia. “Tomorrow, Sabrina’s Tavern. Get there early morning, yes?” she half questioned, half stated as she was already walking backwards, but then the blonde turned back around and began trotting away. “We find answers!” she called over her shoulder, not even bothering with looking back. OOC: Sorry it’s so short and crappy. Just wanted to wrap things up.

(OOC: It's ok, it seemed like a better way to exit though. Sorry mine wasn't very long either. Since it seems to be finished, I'll go ahead and close it off.)
Alysia watched as her new found friend begin to walk away."Aye I'll meet you at Sabrina's tavern bright and early. Safe travels till then my friend." Alysia said with a light smile, her tri colored eyes more discernible in the light. She knew no one would be tipsy upon their journey...at least she really hoped not.
Watching Callo walk into the heart of the seelie court, Alysia decided to head back to her cave to pack up for the journey. Maybe she'd even get a small nap before she left. Quickly blending back into the shadows of the thicker forests, Alysia faded back into the forest with a hurried step.
