The golden light of the sun peaked through the slits in the trees that lined the Seelie throne room. The queen sat, like a shimmering ruby, upon her terrestrial throne. She gazed out.
”Judgment day.” Is all she said before dictating to the court.
Ayaena Where are you? Who are you? Grace us with your presence so that we shall put a face to a name. You have until the next judgment or find solace with the Darklings. Seeker
Folie My dear Folie, how you make me smile, I hope to see more of you at court. You are a beam of sunshine for a tired queen, Conri.
Eoghan Some may mistake your pride as arrogance, garlanger, and for this you must be careful. Not all sidhe are as merciful as your queen. Nonetheless, your energy and daring amuse me. Conri.
Fia You too suffer the affliction that borders arrogance. Some may have delighted in your antics before, or simply been too preoccupied to deal with you, I am not. You have talent, I don’t doubt that, but I’m not sure if you have the means necessary to apply it. Bite your tongue occasionally, it could help you. Conri.
Julian Pretty nimbus, I only hope you Come to Power soon. Keep hanging around and perhaps I shall help you. Conri.
Adele Little pixie, little pixie, you are sweet and frail, it seems. You might think the men of the court are too rough, but my bite is tougher than any of these brutes’. Watch your step or you could be eaten alive. Conri
Ishbel You’ve yet to stop by. I promise we don’t bite. Make yourself known and we’ll see what you’re made of. Until then Seeker
