Years ago, long before mankind walked the earth there were horses. Not just any horses, but magical beings. Some of the horses held powers, while others were just winged or had a horn. There were the few, that appeared normal as well. Those that watched over the lands were the Gods, monitoring the beings that dwelled in Land der verlorenen Seelen or Land of the lost souls.
For years things were peaceful, but it soon became apparent that the horses had different personalities. Some were crueler then others, while some tried to keep the peace. The gods encouraged the splitting of the lands, even breaking off to their own sides as well. Sick of watching the horses squabble, the gods began to recruit, creating the first Angels, Demons and Forgottens. They began to send their armies to attack the mortals, or assist some.
Though one god remained neutral, keeping to what the gods were supposed to. Offering protection and healing to those that came, watching over them and offering advice. It is this gods voice, that keeps the gods in line. That keeps them from destroying the lands of Seelen.
Years have passed, and the gods have gotten restless once again. What will happen to the lands of lost souls? Will the last god keep them in line or will hell walk the earth?

What We are?
Seelen is a light vs dark rpg, but more then that it is the 'mortals' vs the Gods. With living forever, the Gods are growing restless and have begun recruiting mortals, turning them into their army. They use this army to attack the mortals. If they are allowed, they would unleash hell on earth. One single God, offers the Mortals safety and advice, though they keep out of the battles. This God acts as a Diplomat between the residents of Seelen and the Gods.
