The Mounds
The grassy knoll that is littered with stone scrolls, some blank and some inscribed to detail the lives of current faerie, is known as the Mounds. Here is where each and every faerie’s journey begins. As no one is native to Alanor, all faerie or their ancestors have passed through the Mounds at some point, and due to the portal at the Mounds transcending all of time and space; faerie can be from all walks of life and from any time period. At the Mounds, faerie are sorted into their courts, and from there, rarely return.
