Appearance: Nerr stands tall and proud at about 6'1'', well built and a presence of vigor. While he seems to have a day old beard that that never seems to get any longer, his beauty is well defined, though he'd rather be called handsome any day. He usually dresses somewhat formally, dress shirt, but has nothing else that holds any formality. Since his favorite colors tend to be white and black, that's what he usually wears, though there are exceptions. Sometimes he wears a tie, just to spice things up a bit. Nerr wears two black rings on each middle finger, and even he had forgotten when he got them or why he wears them. While he already looks strong, there is much unseen strength. One might just get overwhelmed without knowing it.
While his golden-blond hair isn't extremely long, it does go down to about his eyes when curved to the left. Oddly, he rarely messes with his hair, it just kind of falls into place, even after waking from bed. To contrast, his eyes are a piercing bright purple that seem to swirl almost but don't really. Sometimes Nerr is found wearing a fedora, but rarely so.
Personality: With a fiery personality, Nerr takes any challenge head on. While he speaks with simplicity, his brain function and skills of deduction are almost unrivaled. (But obviously there are people better than him!) He's somewhat of an asshole. It's true that sometimes he's overly bold, but he takes life by the horns and lives it to the fullest. Any obstacle is taken completely seriously with his full mind set on it. In fights, he relishes them, though he finds that manipulating things from behind the scenes works just as well. In fact, with fights, he's aggressive, but very disciplined, but in politics, Nerr works just as well, a backstabber when need be, and chivalrously the other time.
*History: Nerr has been around for a long time. Walking among the humans for long enough to know how to blend in and how they act. Somewhere, something happened and he lost a chunk of his memory, but now he's back with a vengeance, looking for missing pieces to his memories.
