Appearance:
Tall, with dark hair and pale blue eyes, Murdoch is more rugged than graceful. "Rough-looking" might be more apt, though this doesn't keep him from being as mesmerizing as other sidhe. His skin tone is light, not enough that he would attract attention among humans, but he draws gazes regardless, and not only because of his bloodline. He glows very faintly -- to most, it just seems like a trick of the light. Although he isn't built particularly heavily, his overall presence is like that of a bulldozer: forceful, harsh, and uncaring.
Personality:
Unyielding and cold (like the Russian winters, which had halted more than one invasion, an acquaintance had once remarked playfully though not inaccurately), Murdoch doesn't much like other people. He refuses to humor them. While he isn't very eloquent, this isn't from any lack of ability—just the willingness to use it. He's sharper than he looks, but he often downplays his astuteness, enough that many people forget or aren't aware that this brute of a man, while not the oldest of faerie, is at least several hundreds of years old.
Though he's a rational creature and will play by the rules if it's required of him, Murdoch lacks any sense of empathy and morality. He'd just as soon kill a child as an armed adversary, and he really doesn't give a shit either way.
