Appearance:
Julian stands at approximately 6' 0" with a medium build. While his short brown hair is often times messy, it is intentionally so as Julian often spends far too much time caring about his looks. His eyes are an intriguing mix of blue and gray, predominantly gray when he is ruminating and a sparkling blue when he is excited. His skin is light, and comparable to normal human skin tone. A silver band with an engraving of a bear can always be found on his right ring finger. As much as Julian stresses about his hair, he is even more critical of his clothes. Refusing to wear anything less formal than a suit, he is often found wearing a button-down shirt (usually only half buttoned), dress pants, and a matching jacket.
Personality:
Materialist, narcissistic, and wildly stubborn, Julian is a man of many faults. A journalist at heart, he will stop at nothing to obtain stories, only to retell them with the most fantastical lies. He likes to believe that he can get along well with everyone, relying on his looks and flattery to charm strangers and old acquaintances. His speech is usually overly verbose, most likely because he likes the sound of his own voice. When his conversations lead to physical confrontation, Julian will always finds a way to avoid fighting. It is not because he is physically weak (he does spend an awful amount of time toning his body every day), but because he thinks of himself as a man of words.
Though he is a nimbus, he enjoys fraternizing with garlangers, especially humans. This is due to his very thin bloodline, history, and his curiosity about mortality.

Julian has always been a drifter, his loyalties at all times questionable. He spent many years in the United States up to about the 1960s when he was pulled into Alanor. He is currently unaware of his background and is slowly learning about how Alanor works.
